    Actually, Peter, I was about to check in a package very similar to your
    BrTpcTrackPackage, only I call it "BrTpcTrackingPackage". Therefore I just
    have a comment to your class. Conceptually, at least to me, a tracking
    package is not a hit package. It should do hit reconstruction, but it
    should also perform operations that are beyond hit reconstruction.
    
    Therefore I'd like to propose that BrTpcTrackPackage does not use public
    inheritance from BrTpcHitPackage. It could either have a hit package
    member or use private inheritance. You can look at my
    ~brahms_app/jij_app/ted/BrTpcTrackingPackage*. I didn't use
    BrTpcHitPackage here, but that could be easily accomodated.
