BrEvent and BrEventNode corrected for memory leak

    Hello,
This message is to announce an important update to BrEvent and
BrEventNode.  They generated a fairly substantial memory leak when used
with BrEventIO.  I can give details if you are interested.  To make the
story short, the problem has been corrected and tested for:
1. To see that we can still write with BrEventIO and new BrEvent and
BrEventNode
2. To see that we can read back what we have written with the new
modifications
3. To see that we can read files generated with previous versions of
BrEvent and BrEventNode.

These tests all passed.  The memory leak is gone.  The results are
committed to the repository.  I tagged it at BRAT-2-0-22.  (Skip
BRAT-2-0-21 because I am an unexperienced tagger and I think I messed
that one up)
