    Ah, those wonderful non-standard compliant compilers that floats
    around out there (to mention but a few M$VC, KCC, and, apparently, VAX
    F77) - don't they just make life wonderful, add colour to your
    monothomos every day gray life!

    A heads up: This flag -finit-local-zero is only added if you're using
    G77.  So if you're using some other F77 compiler, say Digital Unix
    f77, then there may still be an issue.  Now you know.

    Let's hope noone else by Wang is using compiler specific features like
    automatic initialisation in the EG's or in BRAG for that matter :-)

    Wang, complaining about both the compiler dependent feature, and the
    missing 2.03 would be in order.
