    Thanks Flemming, This does the trick.  I'm not sure about the
    fixed-line-length, however.  On my system this results in warnings:
    
    f771: warning: unknown register name: line-length-132
    
    Checking my g77 info file, the fixed-line-length-132 is a valid option,
    so I'm not sure why g77 is complaining.  In any case, it doesn't seem to
    matter.  The code runs!
