Hi all,

As a new class has been added to brat, it seemed a good thing to tag this
version of brat. The version number is 1.12.2

brat-config has been updated to reflect this change.

I should also mention that for some reasons unknown to me, some little
change I brought to the calibration package in brahms_app were not
properly committed. I have fixed that.

Ian B. also told me to add some minor things in BrRdoModuleBB, these
things are simply:
  rdodata->SetLeftTime();
  rdodata->SetRightTime();
where Z0 and Time0 are set. It seems to us useful to have this information
in the RdoBB object.

I think I've said everything I've changed. If something's missing, sorry
for the inconvenience.
