    I don't either (yet) but I suppose a requirement that the two (or more ?)
    vertex Z
    are within N(sigma) where is N is some small integer (3?).  I think that
    we'll also
    find that the TPM1 based vertexing methods will limit the number of
    reconstructed
    tracks in the FS.  (I don't have the exact number in front of me, though.  )
    So
    we should not 'throw away' events because they do not have such a vertex.
    Conversely,
    I guess we never want to do tracking when we don't have 'reasonable' (and,
    no, I don't
    know exactly what 'reasonable' means in this context...at least not yet)
    info. from the
    BB large tubes.
