Howdy.

I've made a few small modifications listed in the following:

BrTPCHitClusterFinder
In both FindHits methods new instances of BrTPCHitCluster inherits the ID
from their "mother" instance of BrTPCCluster.

BrClusterFinderBase
In HitClusterToDetectorHits new instances of BrDetectorHit inherit the ID
from their "mother" instance of BrTPCHitCluster.
