Hello,
I committed another version of BrDCTrackingModule and all of its
supporting classes.  This is still more or less placeholder so that
Pawel and Jerzy can check it out and look at it.  It is getting closer
to what I expect the real one to be.  It does get all the way through
the canonical one single track event without crashing, but there are
still a few things to correct and then a massive cleanup is in order.
It now merges with the latest tracking classes (ie
BrLocalTrackingModule) and the associated "new" methods.
