As promised, the 2 different versions of tpc3d were merged
and the result moved to .../BRAHMS_CVS/brahms_app/brat_app/tpc3d.
The Makefile in CVS only works on the pii's in the operator account,
but is (and will be) trivially fixable to work in other environments.
