brat-config in operator account?

Question: where in the operator account should brat-config be located?

Currently the only copy I see is on brat/test/brat-config. However
that directory is not in the PATH.

How should this be fixed? Add brat/test to the PATH or copy
(or symlink) brat-config to brat/bin/linux or $HOME/bin?

Any thoughts?

In the meanwhile I will symlink brat-config to brat/bin/linux.
