Last night I was called at home because the SuperMon running was not the proper one. It could not be solved  over the phone
but is resurrected today. 

In short the executable SuperMon which is build from a standard make inside brat is put in brat/bin/linux and not in operator/bin.
I remove the old versions from operator/bin and rebuild SuperMon from sources.
