Added new data record for attenuated ZDC ADC.

    A new data record was created for the new attenuated ZDC ADC:

This record is unpacked exactly in the same way as the old ZDC ADC.
Also note that the TDC data is unpacked twice into both the old and
the new record. Both records contain identical TDC data.
