Due to the many updates I have tagged a new version of the brat software
as of this afternoon (before the most recent Mult changes).
           cvs rtag VER-1-7 brat

This version should be the brat/new but has yet to be put into /afs/ due
to access problems.
A version was made on the pii's under the brahmlib account
/home/brahmlib/brat/VER-1-7
(exported with tag).
