Folks, I have defined and implemented the new data records
for TOFW top and bottom. For more details please consult the list of defined
data records on the DAQ documentation web page.

Also note that the records currently contain 96 entries, while there
are about 83 TOFW slats, and that the number of record entries will increase
from 96 when more slats are added to the detector.
