TPC digitization code

The TPC digitization code was not updated proprely when the default
units of the
BrGeantHit class was changed to MeV. The de/dx used to be in KeV. It is
now MeV.
The digitize code was changed to correct for this fact. I also schanged
a constant used calculation for n0 (may prematurely) . Reasonable
values for various gains is likely
SetAdcGain(2.0) and Channels(1024.)

The changes has been put back into CVS
as of this afternoon
