Page Description:

• Sequence Processing Status: This page displays all the selected runs and their sequences. Knowing that each sequence has a certain number of actions, this page displays the status of each action. 
• Jobs Processing Status : Usually accessed from sequence processing status page, displays the sequence number for a specific option. (URL)
• DV Quality: Displays the status and the quality of the DV job. (URL)
• Computer Farms: describes briefly the resources of computer farms. (URL)
• Specific Group Computer: describes briefly all the resources on each specific computer farm.( usually accessed from computer farms) 
• Files on each Computer: describes all the files available on each computer (usually accessed from specific group computers)
• File Tracker: Tracks the file of a specific run and sequence on the different computers in     the computer farm. (URL)
• Sequence details: Displays the details of the sequence. (URL)
• Run details: Displays the details of the run. (URL)
• Database based checklist.

Sequence Processing Status

3 Flavors of the page:

• The regular page that displays the status of actions for each run and sequence.
• The summary page that displays the status of each sequence.( just two options, everything ok or not)
• The count page.

3 ways to access this page :

• from the counting house portal, go to complete run logbook and click on the red icon to get the featured run numbers.
• from the request page . The featured option summary displays one icon per sequence to determine whether all the actions were completed successfully or not.
• From the Data Processing Index.

The page contains a legend at the bottom to see what the colors represent.

This page also features links to run_details.asp(click on the run number), and in addition has a link to sequence_details.asp by clicking on the sequence number.

According to the option chosen, the page will display the status of a specific type of job. For example, the page will display the sequence number of the sinking jobs to be done , or the sequence numbers of the PASS0 jobs that crashed or even the sinking jobs in queue. These options are available

DV Quality and Status

This is a set of 4 pages.

• The first one: dvqualitych.asp can change the dv quality for a specific sequence 
• The second: dvstatus.asp can change the DV status for a specific sequence.(to change the status, just click on the number for the corresponding sequence under the column "status")

These two pages are accessible from a request. The request is found in the Data Processing Index, or on the Counting House Portal under  Data Validation .(you have to be registered to perform the changes.)

• The third page: change_dvqualityruns.asp allows to change the DV quality for many runs at the same time.
• The fourth page: change_dvstatusruns.asp allows to change the Status for many runs at the same time.

These two pages are both accessible from the Data Processing Index and from the counting house Portal.( you have to be registered to perform the changes)

Run Details

Run Details displays nearly all the information available from the database on one run.

There are 4 useful links on this page. The first one is the RHIC Parameters. This link opens a page displaying all the RHIC parameters for the corresponding time scale.

The other link raw log displays the raw log for this run. ( all the run actions are displayed there ordered by time) The highlighted sequence number is a link to the sequence details, which basically displays the  actions for each sequence.( ie: START RUN, END RUN, SUNK TO HPSS...)

In the last column of the bottom table, the status column displays the status for each sequence. A status set to 0 usually means that the sequence is usable for analysis. If you are registered you can click on the link change run to change the status for the whole run or on each of the numbers to change the status for each sequence.

Checklist

There are 3 main pages for the checklist:

• An update page that allows to update the corresponding entries of the checklist for each subsystem in the database.

This update page is accessible from the Data Processing Index. 

• An insert page that allows the user to insert some checklist's entries in the database.

This page is also accessible from the Data Processing Index. 

• A page that displays the actual checklist mostly from entries in the database. 

This page is usually accessed thru the request in the Data Processing Index. 

If you were to add something wrong to the database and wish to delete it from the database, please contact me or Bolek, as we haven't put a delete button in our GUI.
