Switching from AdironDAQ to Old DAQ

1. Change startup script on EMM.
   from: /export/home/phobos/DAQ/2004/silicon/start.vxw
   to: /export/home/phobos/DAQ/silicon/start.vxw
   Use Ctrl-X to go to VxWorks loader and 'c' to configure

2. Reboot EMM (press @)

3. Quit from ROC, phatdaq and runcontrol.

4. Set fbroc_output =1 on Fastbus

5. Check if FPDP cable is connected between Themis and RaceWay

6. Check if Si Busy is out.

7. Check if Time Calibrator is at ¾ of the max rate.

8. Check if Forced Busy is at 2.5 ms. (G6D range is at 10 ms)
