FEC Power Supply Voltages NOT OK:

If any of the FEC voltages is out of bounds, that part of the system should be turned off.

• Turn off the Bias Power supply that corresponds to the FEC Power supply with problems.

• Turn off the FEC Power supply.

• Inform Si expert.
