1) Check with Tektronix web site for suggestions of how to fix the problem
If this fails
2) See if someone around you has any ideas on how to fix it
If this fails
3) Try to get in contact with Nigel. He may suggest (4) straight away.

State what printer it is: Tektronics Phase 740, in Phobos Counting House, Building 1010B
State desired time scale of repair: Emergency,Urgent,Whenever possible
State: Nature of problem, error messages etc.
