Counting House Regular Checks
Check portal "Detector Status" != (old)	If (old) database is not updating.  Check monitor for that particular system, attempt restart if necessary, and notify system expert.  If DAQ is running and Silicon is ON and Si Hybrids is (old) call DAQ expert or Si expert.
