Hi 

I added the TPC calibration scripts (slightly updated) for pad status and
time row effects to the brat repository (scripts/calib/tpc). More info on
the calibrations can be found on : 
http://www.nbi.dk/~pchristi/BRAHMS/TPC/

I will look at the drift velocities from the fibres tomorrow.
