Thanks to Eun-Joo's work on full digitization in FS we learned today that the TOF1 and TOF2 setup in Brag
was wrong having reverse slat-number ordering compared to the real setup, as well as the staggering 
reversed.

In addition (a partial) improvement to the T3 description was added.
The version was updated to 1.1.12 and tagged accordingly.
