Hi all, I wrote a cgi perl script to have a quick check of what's in the calibration database for a given run and a given detector. The link is http://pii3.brahms.bnl.gov/~daq/calibtool It's very easy to use: you type a run number in the right field and click on detector buttons (you can choose one or more) The script will connect to the DB and pick up all calibration parameters for these detectors and then will display the calibration revision period (the closest to the run you typed in) into a table. If a revision was not found, the parameter is highlighted in red. I think it is very useful. You can give some comments on how to improve it quickly. I should also say that some doc on the calibration procedure (what and howto) will be available soon. With all these tools in hands, there will be no excuse to find parameters without calibration revisions :) Ciao Djam -- Djamel Ouerdane ------------------------------------------o | Niels Bohr Institute | Home: | | Blegdamsvej 17, DK-2100 Ø | Jagtvej 141 2D, | | Fax: +45 35 32 50 16 | DK-2200 Copenhagen N | | Tel: +45 35 32 52 69 | +45 35 86 19 74 | | http://www.nbi.dk/~ouerdane | | ouerdane@nbi.dk | o---------------------------------------------------------o
