Hello!

I have now added the class BrGeantToTpcTrackCandidate, and bumped the
revision number to 2-2-6 and tagged brat.

BrGeantToTpcTrackCandidate is basicly a remake of the class
BrGeantToDetectorTracks; it uses however the new track and tracking
classes. And it only works for tpcs, not dcs. I have also fixed some bugs
and made other minor chages to the code.
