Hi devs

After Flemmings update of the database I have readded the tpc padstatus 
calibrations as Short_t's and removed references to hitwidth(x and y) that 
was not used.
I also updated the TpcDbBrowser in brahms_app/do_app/db so it can print 
out the tpc parameters after having set the calibrations (use -p) in 
addition to showing when new calibrations are availbale.
