       Dear Djamel,
                 I think Flemming is right about the
    2 offsets and also the width of the distributions.
    Since the ZDCs are sensitive to upstream stuff the
    width of the distribution gives us some handel of
    the signal to background. As the vacuum gets better
    the ZDC vertex distribution should get better.
