BrIOModule: End() and Finish()

I just updated BrIOModule::End() and BrIOModule::Finish() as anounced in
http://www.sdcc.bnl.gov/brahms/private/list_hyper/brahms-dev-l/1524.html

As it appears that Christian has tagged BRAT-2-1-17 and bumped revision 2.1.17 
but not yet announced it, I did not tag nor bump revision myself but relate the 
changes to this new version.
