BRAT-2-1-12: New class BrOutputTreeModule

    Howdy brahmsers.

I've included a new class called BrOuputTreeModule. The output from using this 
class is similar to the one from storing BrTrackTree on a TFile. However, the 
user has great freedom to choose what to include in the tree created by the 
module. The module a variety handles objects in the output event, whether they 
occur in BrDataTables or not. Look at the class description for typical use.
