BRAT-2.1 and CRASH-1.2 avaliable as new on AFS

    Hi All, 

I've updated to BRAT 2.1 and CRASH 1.2 in the new area on AFS. 

Notice, that I had to make one small change in BRAT to make it
compile, and hence bumped the revision to 2.1.5.  The problem was that
BrFFSTrack::SetTrackVertex was left undefined (Djam, did you really
check that everything was commited?).  

If there are other stuff installed in the new area which depends on
BRAT, that package should be recompiled against BRAT 2.1, as the
library sonames has changed.  Perhaps these packages could be updated
to "pro" (Needs a minor version bump though).
