Hi all,

I've cleaned my brahm_app/do_app/tof area.

Changes:

  removed libcal and libdb now part of brat
  updated applications in apps/ to be compatible with brat2
  added directory example/ containing some calibration files (tdc gains so
  far)
  added directory mm_scripts/ containing bratmain scripts for pedestal and
  tdc gain calibration
  updated the README file for explanations

Try it and tell me your feelings about it :)
