The readout and dataobjects for the  the calibration fibres behind tpm2 was added. This involved adding

BrTpmfibDig.cxx
BrTpmfibDig.h
modified Include.h Linkdef.h Makefile.am
BrRawDataInput.h
BrRawdataInput.cxx
BrTableNames.h
configure.in -> 2.0.9

The version was tagged BRAT-2-0-9  (0.8 was skipped due to mistakes on my part)
