The version of BRAT was updated for operator account, to make use of the newest monitor codes and updates
inserted by Kris. 
- tests runs ok
- SuperMon recompiled and checked out ok with EVB data  The present version has all the glory details for TOFW,.. for debugging purposes. (125 slats).
note BrOnlineMonitorBB was left out. The most recent version results in a segmentation fault on the first event.

- BRAT was updated for TOFW unpacking (BrRawDataInput) to be able to deal properly with both old (83, 96 ) pieces of data and the
  new with 125 slats.
