Subject: RHIC/US ATLAS Computing Facility Management


  I would like to announce that, effective immediately, Tom Throwe will be my deputy in matters relating to RHIC computing while Rich Baker will be my deputy in matters relating to US ATLAS computing.  While all the details of their responsibilities have not yet been defined, in addition to participating in the management of the design, development and operation of the facility itself, they will in particular be helping me to establish more effective lines of communication with the RHIC experiments and US ATLAS respectively.
