Temporary SI raw data format

    Folks, the SI mapped data record has been added to the event builder
output- record ID 10014, format ADCBLK, 224 channels (7+7)*16. This
appears to be somewhat compatible with BRAT expectations, except
BRAT might expect 192 channels.

This format is temporary and will change "soon" (for example, there
are only 6+7 ADCs, not 7+7) after we are done checking the ADC readout
and know a little bit better whan we are doing.

In the mean time, I am seeking information on how SI is handled in BRAT,
in particular what channel numbering it expects.
