TPC padm update

Folks, the TPC pad monitor (~daq/bin/padm) was updated.

Changes:

- the padm config files (~daq/config/padm*.conf) now specify the correct
  data records for the TPCs. padm no longer has to "guess" them.

- padm can read data directly from the event builder. (File->Open DAQ
  menu).

- new colour scheme for the pad display- the dark gray colour shows
  pads with no data (unmapped or pedestal suppressed) and
  the white colour shows pads with all ADCs equal to zero
  (missing or broken FEE card).
