re: renaming of CAS nodes

RCF are in the process of re-organizing the internal network, in particular getting rid of local networks.
As part of this the CAS for Brahms has been re-named.
the old name was rcas000x.rcf.bnl.local
The new names are
  rcas0001.rcf.bnl.gov
  rcas0002.rcf.bnl.gov
  rcas0003.rcf.bnl.gov
  rcas0004.rcf.bnl.gov
