Dear Collaborator,
 
First the best wishes for all of you in the coming year, and hopes for a succesfull coming run.
 
The run is drawing much closer, with experiment setup started during owl shifts - and an expected start day
of physics run on January 9, ie. the date the exp should be manned for all shifts. I preparing a shift list for the
10(11)  weeks of the run it is important I know the schedule of people coming to BNL. Many of you have alread
given me information on this. I have summarized this in the table below organized by arrival date. If the information
put down here is not correct, or if your travel is not in the list please inform me as soon as possible so the first
schedule. Access has work so far for people coming to BNL, recall the new rules both in regard to extension of
guest appointments if needed, and registration of arival and departure dates.
