Hi I have re-read the paper, and has a number of comments. a) affiliation. add a period after Dept for Selemon. b)page 2 left col top. We discuss the n/p at lower energies, It seems readingh this we assume n/p=1 at RHIC, but it does not seem justified, or am I missing omething> c) Last sentecne of this section suggest more simply: Finally, we summarize the results. d) end of paragraph A. How can this distinguish between quark coal and p,n. It seems to me that also in this case you will have pt(D)- pt()+pt(p) such that the spectra for d and p will have same slope. I strongly suggest we drop the last colored section, it is hard to defend, as also per Foud's remarks in regard to what we can say from the data. e)page 4.- Centrality selection. I wrote this extracting for a previous paper. In reviwieng remove the sentence starting with "The Si strip..." change the +-3 to +-4% and say for the 0-20% bin. f) page 5 fig caption 1 protons and deuterons used -> "proton and deuteron selection" F.
