[Brahms-l] p to pi paper

Dear Collaborator,
A new version of the P to pi paper is now available at the following
location:

http://www4.rcf.bnl.gov/~debbe/PLB_ptopi.pdf

In order to get closer to the journal upper limit of six pages we decided
to exclude:
 the table listing systematic errors related to PID and text mentioning
that table.
 Figure 3 and the related text.

We have also worked on the introduction as well as the summary part
related to figure 5.
