I received the comments from the organizers; I seems pretty easy to  
accommodate. I will
attempt to resubmit by end of week.
Should there be other comments to the final version of the proceedings  
from the collaboration I will
attempt to accommodate these as well.

Suggest to use "d+Au" and "p+p" throughout for consistency.

"pp" occurs, in addition, on lines 36, 43, 136, and "d-Au" occurs on line 154
- and possibly in other instances that I didn't note.
