[Brahms-l] paper draft on P/pi in auau and pp

Dear Collaborator,

Pawel has prepared a paper intended for Phys.Lett on the p/pi ratios  
in auau, and pp at 62 and 200 gev adding to the discussion on
importance of re-combination and hydrodynamics. The paper has been  
discussed in a broad committee consisting of
Ramiro, Dieter, Kris, Joe, Chellis, and Zbigniew with additional input  
from several others in weekly analysis meetings.
The final step has come to circulate the draft to the collaboration at  
large.

I am quite aware that we are in the midst of summer, so I like to set  
a deadline of August 25 (i.e 3 weeks)  for comments back to Pawel
for comments. I would appreciated if these are circulated on the brahms-l_at_lists.bnl.gov
