Dear Collaborator,

in case you have not received the following message from the organizers, please not the extension of registration until
Sept 15 . I am quite dismayed about the information 
"We plan to send out *SOME*  of the invitations out before the extended 
deadline for early registration.". They really should understand that people need to have invitation in hand before making
commitments.

Dear Colleagues,

Upon requests by many participants, we would like to postpone 
the early registration deadline to September 15th, 2006. 

For those who registered before, please you check again to 
make sure your name is on the "Participation List" of the 
web page. If not, please register again or send email to 
us for your pdf-formatted registration form, and we will 
help you to upload your information.

We have been working hard together with IAC to select 
submitted abstracts for oral presentation. We plan to 
send out some of the invitations out before the extended 
deadline for early registration.

For those who applied for financial support for young 
scientists, we will also let you know the results soon.
