Dear Collegueas,
I am forwarding the slightly modified message from Brant Johnson to encourage you to register for the RHIC/AGS meeting
The message is completely plagarized from one by Brant Johnson.

I hope that many of you are planning to attend and fully
participate in our Annual Users' Meeting (June 5-9) at BNL. Please see
three steps below:

--- STEP #1: REGISTER FOR MEETING, WORKSHOPS, LUNCH & BANQUET:
    https://www.bnl.gov/rhic_ags/users_meeting/reg/default.asp

Note that while there is no registration fee, to develop a
reasonable estimate of attendance in each workshop, we need you to
register. There are fees for lunch and dinner on Thursday, so if you want
to participate in the Open Forum and Users' Dinner, please register and
pay in advance, which is required.

--- STEP #2: Cast your vote for new UEC members:
    http://www.bnl.gov/rhic_ags/users_meeting/vote.asp

Even if you cannot attend, please vote in the UEC elections.

--- STEP #3: SIGN-UP FOR POSTER SESSION:
    http://www.bnl.gov/rhic_ags/users_meeting/Poster_Session/default.asp

Please sign up to show a poster. There is a competition among students
and postdocs for a cash prize. To paraphrase what they say in the
lottery commercials: You have to present a poster to win!

I look forward to a good showing in good part because we are running the 62 gev and
quite a few people will be around. Many of your colleagues will be presenting talks, including many
from those other RHIC experiments, non-RHIC experiments, CA-D, and the
theoretical community. If you have not noticed, over the past few years
the annual users' meeting has evolved from two days of plenary talks to
what amounts to an international conference with three days of workshops,
followed by two days of plenary presentations. Check out the details at:

http://www.bnl.gov/rhic_ags/users_meeting/

Promotionally yours, Flemming

P.S. Don't overlook this:

ALL INVITED to attend the End-of-Run Party (Physics court yard at 4:00
p.m on Friday, June 9th). Hosted by the CAD Department, and the PHENIX,
STAR, and BRAHMS experiments.
