Dear Collaborator, the RHIC program at 200 GeV has been making considereable progress recently, and the swithcover to the low energy (62.4) gev running is becoming more realistic. At this point it looks like the run will be in the period May 28 - June 11. It is unlikely this will be shifted further back so you should in fact make more definite commitments when to be here, i.e. planning travel, and arranging for accomodations at BNL or hotels. I and JH would very much appreciate if you could send us your and your groups planned schedule so s detailled planning for this can be put forth and we can identify times where the coverage may be either too much (hopefully) or too little (a problem). Please respond woithin the next week and we we provide you all with a schedule showing the coverage for the run. . best regards Flemming . for details on progress you can look at http://www.c-ad.bnl.gov/esfd/RMEM_06/rhic_planning.htm which has the weekly report form the experiments. -------------------------------------------- Flemming Videbaek Physics Department Bldg 510-D Brookhaven National Laboratory Upton, NY11973 phone: 631-344-4106 cell: 631-681-1596 fax: 631-344-1334 e-mail: videbaek @ bnl.gov _______________________________________________ Brahms-l mailing list Brahms-l@lists.bnl.gov http://lists.bnl.gov/mailman/listinfo/brahms-lReceived on Wed Apr 12 20:10:26 2006
