[Brahms-l] updated dAu paper

Dear all,

      please have a look at a newer version of the paper on dAu, with 
comments mainly from Ramiro, Michael, Trine considered. Thanks a lot for 
your time on reading the paper and pointing out the problems in the paper.

     Any comments on this revised version are welcome. The paper will be 
submitted on this Friday.
