[Brahms-l] additional d+Au running in 2007

Dear Collaborator,
Please find here enclosed a draft of a document outlining plans and 
goals for a possible  participation of BRAHMS collaboration in a likely 
second d+Au RHIC run in 2007.
With this document we would like to continue an ongoing discussion and 
if enough interest is there, make it into an official document that 
would be submitted trough the appropriate channels.
You will find that some sections are still quite colloquial, it 
provides for a base to work on. We are eager to have your comments.
