Subject: RHIC II Science Meeting Nov 11-12

Dear Colleagues,

The meeting date is now set for Nov. 11-12, at Brookhaven. An announcement and a registration form are up on the RHIC II Science web site:
www.bnl.gov/physics/rhicIIscience

An agenda will follow soon, as well as a final listing of the Writing Committee membership. The key goal for this meeting is for the Working Groups to summarize their activity-- setting the stage and providing input for a final RHIC II Science document.

Each Working Group will give a summary presentation at the meeting, and should prepare a summary document as input for the final "white paper". Convenors should give some thought to how best to construct these summary documents. It may be that some Working Groups will want to join forces in producing a summary.

Please visit the website, update the Working Group web pages as necessary, and register for the November meeting.

Thanks,

Tom
