Dear Collaborator, In regard to the upcoming meeting in Sinaia, Romania ahead of QM05 I have assembled the following information, most of which Alexandru Jipa have informed us about earlier. It is time to prepare for the meeting travel wise. The talks for QM05 will be finalized in regard to presentations, and a schedule for analysis and papers to be prepared will be discussed. Please direct questions on the meeting to Alexandru and myself Best regards Flemming Meeting dates. The next meeting of the collaboration will be in Sinaia, Romania, between 31.July .2005 and 2.August.2005, before Quark Matter 2005, Budapest, Hungary.
