[Brahms-l] run update

Today there was a short access.

The local BNL people had decided based on the intermittent behavior to not utilize the one L4032  mainframe that has caused much trouble over the last two weeks in biasing the CC counters used for the vertex determination in pp.The HV cables was moved to the more stable BBL2 mainframe. This was changed today, as well as removing the mrst0 counter in order to measure low-pt particle, in particular protons in the MRS at various settings over the next week or so.
Test were conducted to see how the residual field that bothers the pp machine tunes could be reduced.
 
There will be machine expoeriments on Monday during the day time (memorial day0. Tuesday morning the machine will switch over to ramp development and physics running for 410 GeV i.e. the phobos running
