HI Flemming
I think that we should push the new physics that BRAHMS has as a counterpart to the elliptical flow story that is being sold by the other exp.
This means that we should focus on the rapidity dependence of the high pt suppression. We see this in d+Au AND Au+Au (at 63 GeV AND 200GeV).
If I were giving the talk I would emphasize that high pt suppression in AU+AU seems to be almost constant as a function of rapidity - presumably because there are two effects:
1) parton energy loss that all can measure and 2) perhaps the CGC that BRAHMS has a unique window to.
As you know Claus and I have produced a draft for a 63 GeV paper, but the figures need some work, and Catalin has new results on Au+Au at y=0,1,2,3.2. (At least RCP).
cheers
JJ

Subject: [Brahms-l] slides for DNP in tampa

About a week ago I send out a request to get input what slides/data to give to Gary Westfall for his public presentation covering RHIC result. I will like to send the material to him by Wednesday at the latest. So far I have had a responserom Ramiro who suggested , and prepared, slides showing the RdA.. for identified particles as shown in the DNP meeting last October. If you have ideas, opinions on this the time is now to bring this forward. I certainly think we should show some of the 62 GeV data from the WP. other comments/input

  regards
      Flemming
